Day 1: Arrival in Colombo → Negombo

Day 2: Negombo → Sigiriya
Highlights:
  • Morning:
    After breakfast, drive to Sigiriya (approx. 4-5 hours).

  • Afternoon:
    Visit the Sigiriya Rock Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Climb the rock for breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, and explore the ancient ruins, frescoes, and the famous Lion’s Gate.

  • Evening:
    Enjoy a peaceful evening and dinner at your hotel. Optionally, take a village tour or nature walk in the area.

  • Morning:
    Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport in Colombo and meet your guide. Transfer to Negombo, a coastal town just 30 minutes from the airport.

  • Afternoon:
    Relax and explore Negombo Beach or take a walk through the Negombo Fish Market to experience the local life. You can also visit St. Mary’s Church or Dutch Canal.

  • Evening:

  • Evening:
    Head to Habarana (30 minutes) and relax after a day of cultural exploration. Optionally, take a safari at Minneriya National Park to spot elephants and other wildlife.

Day 4: Habarana → Kandy
