Day 1: Arrival in Colombo → Sigiriya

• Morning:
  Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport in Colombo and meet your guide. Drive directly to Sigiriya (approximately 4-5 hours).

• Afternoon:
  Visit the Sigiriya Rock Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Climb the famous Lion's Rock to the summit for panoramic views of the surrounding jungle. Explore the ancient ruins, frescoes, and Lion’s Gate.

• Evening:
  Enjoy a relaxing evening at your hotel in Sigiriya, with an optional visit to a nearby local village for a traditional experience or a nature walk.

Day 2: Sigiriya → Dambulla → Polonnaruwa → Kandy

• Morning:
  After breakfast, visit the Dambulla Cave Temple (about 30 minutes from Sigiriya). This stunning Buddhist complex features five caves filled with Buddha statues, murals, and historical relics.
